ZGF Distribution and Marketing Highlights

We are proud of our affiliations and Representatives. Last year ZGF and Cooljet strengthened our relationship and commitment. Cooljet now represents and offers ZGF filtration and magnetic separation products on their high pressure systems. This enhanced marketing effort is USA and international in scope. Our respective clients will benefit from the integrated and complete solution provided by Cooljet.

ZGF is shining the spotlight on Vaughn Jones, H2O Systems Sales Manager based in Canada. H2O Systems covers markets in all of Canada. Vaughn has visited ZGF at our home office in Brighton, Michigan and has been an outstanding representative for our products. Vaughn, thank you for the new sales and professional contributions you add to our growth.

ZGF's recent trade show exhibits include the AHR Show in New York in January and the Process Expo in Chicago last October.  Once again, ZGF will be exhibiting at this year's IMTS 2008 show in Chicago in September.  If you are planning on attending the IMTS show, please visit us in Hall D, Booth #4780.

ZGF continues to grow thanks to our employees' hard work and our outstanding network of Representatives.

ZGF Sales Activity

We are growing and it is showing. ZGF is planning expansion and new partnerships. The following shows the application diversity and type of current sales and trial results for your better understanding of client benefits achieved:

-International engineering company installed a Maggie and Dry Mag on a trial basis. Goal was to save money by reducing media usage on an existing DE (cellulose) filter. Results: Expectations exceeded. Recharging DE filters was reduced from 3 times/day to once every 3 days (that's approximately 90% savings). An outstanding example of a quick ROI project…. Sales proposal pending.

-Tier 1 automotive supplier installed a Maggie & Dry Mag on a trial basis. Goal was to improve clarity of filtered honing oil. Current system was a combination of magnetic drum and paper bed filter. Results: Maggie reduced the number of particles less than 15 microns by 99% and over 40 pounds of swarf removed over a 60 day period. Goal was achieved plus new system would be more cost efficient and environmentally friendly.

-Delivering a System 2000 (an EC700-6 which is a 42 filter element system) rated at an absolute 35 micron to accommodate a 600 gpm flow rate. The customer is a fish hatchery. The goal is to filter river water to protect UV system that is disinfecting the water to protect fish eggs. All specs met and installation is scheduled for December, 2006.

-Delivered a duplexed Phoenix system to a paper mill in Australia. Goal is to remove paper fibers down to 75 micron. Thank you to Roland van Amstel for your efforts.
