Zero Gravity Filters - The Most Advanced, Automatic, Non-Disposable Liquid Filtration System

Company News - September 2006

September is turning out to be one our most successful months in ZGF history. We are growing and very busy planning and managing our growth. Highlights include:

  • IMTS Convention in Chicago earlier this month was a big commitment for ZGF and it paid great dividends. We had an active booth and through live demonstrations gained much interest in our patented and advanced products. ZGF obtained more leads than ever before and we are preparing a mailing that should be sent out soon. (To our representatives: you will receive a mailing and will be contacted with leads gained in your area). The mailing will include a cover letter, our new ZGF Overview literature piece and a CD about our products. Additional highlights:
    • We want to thank Cooljet for working with us to present the successful "Lunch & Learn" seminar for interested prospects.
    • Thank you to Toshi Matsubara of Nikuni of Japan for assisting in our booth and presenting the new "mini-conveyor settling" equipment to process the "dirty" liquid from the backwash cycle for our filters. Doing for filtration what the Dry Mag does for the Maggie waste purge.
    • Other "partners/representatives" joined us in the booth. We encourage all our reps to join us in future events.

  • Imatech of Australia visits ZGF in Michigan. Mr. Warwick Rule, Managing Director and Mr. Roland van Amstel, National Sales Manager are aggressively quoting and selling the ZGF product line in Australia. Steve Cavaney, ZGF senior engineer, provided a detailed presentation of the equipment and installation instructions on several products ready for shipment to Imatech. Great job Warwick and Roland and thank you.

  • The ZGF Overview literature piece will be available around October 1st and we are planning on putting it on the website shortly after that date. Refer to the August 2006 Company News to better understand ZGF Brands… i.e. Filtration and Magnetic Separation. The "Diamond" shows our total abilities:

  • Jim Hicks is ZGF's Sales Manager and will be focusing on the distributor/rep network. Jim has met with Imatech, H2O, and Nikuni to lay out our overall strategy. ZGF needs to cover the marketplace geographically and by application in a more aggressive way. The goal is to be more responsive to prospects and clients which will drive higher sales. Jim has extensive management experience in commercial and industrial sales and marketing.

  • Watch the website for more on the Micro Mag….. a low cost option for magnetic separation. Perfect for the small job shop market. ETA for more information (pricing, features, benefits) is October 25th.

  • Sales and Test Trial News Highlights:
    • Sold a EC700-System 2000 to food service industry in SA.
    • Sold a Phoenix duplex to paper mill
    • Sold Maggie to large engine washer mfg.
    • Five orders for Maggie from one of our key partners
    • Sold Phoenix for use in Japan
    • Test Trials are showing great results in saving money.
